Re: Recessed lighting 1 - Light cannot be imported or exported. So, choose any model you want, and add the light yourself: place a small lightbulb under your recessed light. 2 - To avoid harsh light and shadows, turn the light down, so that the light is just visible. 3 - To illuminate your room, add one or more lightbulbs in the (vertical) middle of the room. Make them 100x100x100 cms with a low light strength. These will light the room and give very soft shadows. You have to fiddle a bit to get it right, but this is the only way to get a good result.
