Not entirely sure what you mean, but there is the occasional demand for simple geometric shapes. Maybe the one posted here (SF 3D 333: Geometry / shapes) is similar to what you had in mind?

Note that you can create lots of such shapes, like an arc, using SH3d, drawing the object with walls or rooms, selecting and using export import.

For instance, in the case of your circle sector / arc:
- Draw the outline of your shape with walls.
- (for an arc, set the third wall arc extent)
- Use room tool and double click inside the walls to make a room.
- (use Modify room to set colours and remove ceiling)
- Select room, export selection to .obj format.
- Import the .obj file you created and rotate/resize.

This way you can tailor-make boxes, beams, slanting walls, roofs, simple staircases etc. But a set of geometric figures might still be useful, I guess.
