An better floor plan After studying the floor plan that I posted here: http://www.sweethome3d.com/support/forum/viewthread_thread,4374 I realised that the footprint of the house it way to big, so I modified it more and split it on two floors. Also I looked at the roof layout, so it becomes a buildable solution. Not everything we draw or model is possible to be built. I also repositioned the basement entrance and layout. Now the basement is partial, so it gets the owner access to all the water and electrical install underneath. I did not include the basement layout since it can actually be done in any way you like, so it becomes irrelevant in this case. So, the result is a home that you could live in. I did a few roof simulations in 3D and I do have the plans in AutoCAD and I can say this is a better house than the original. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
