Red blocks generally means a problem with the 3D model file. I downloaded your sh3d file and it appears that the "22" file matching some red objects is incorrect in the sh3d file. I guess you should upload again your file on the server.the height is not good, the code
is not understand by the browser...
Maybe it's because you included the applet script in a div tag.

I have one more idea for improvement: to have the level structure (tabs in SH3D) to have a first hand and not a global view.
Adding the levels tabs at the top of the 3D view shouldn't be too difficult. Please fill a feature request to ensure I don't forget it.----------------------------------------
