Re: Photo making problems - black frame around photo Julia, I think, that's not an image, but a screen shot. On the left side there are a little green and red square visible, which indicate that this image is "work in progress". Now, if your image didn't complete, you need to find out WHY it didn't complete. A few questions are: - how big is the *.sh3d file? - how much memory (RAM) does your computer have? - what is the size of the image your are trying to make (in pixels) ?
