Re: Problem importing furniture; colors disappear/wrong You are amazing! I created a new folder to save the DAE file in. When I did so I discovered that a copy of the photograph which I used for the basis of the texturing was saved in that file and that is when it hit me-that the texture files would be external files that the DAE ( and probably OBJ?!?) would access, not that they would have saved within themselves. So then I immediately bundled the DAE with the PNG into a zip and imported the zip and VIOLA!!! Thank you so much for your help today and your patience as I stumble through, thrashing and grabbing everything afloat around me. |
