Certainly.

In the 3D view window I can move my eyepoint to view e.g. a room from different directions.

The currently function is:
If I hold left mouse-button down and move the mouse left, then I move the eyepoint to right. But if I move the mouse up, then I move my eyepoint up. I.e. up/down has the moving eyepoint logic, while left/right has the moving object logic.

What I'm used to and would like is following as an user preference:
3D CAD drawing systems typical has moving object logic in both X and Y direction. That is if move the mouse up, then the eyepoint should move down. If move the mouse left, then the eyepoint should move right. I.e. for my preference left/right movement is currently fine, while the up/down movement should be inverted.
