Re: How to repair a sh3d file edited with a zip utility? While unzipping the sh3d file you probably saw that it contains a Home file and numbered files or folders. If you want to be able to open it with Sweet Home 3D again, the Home file must be saved as the first entry in the sh3d file. To ensure this, please follow the following steps: - unzip again your sh3d file - open a Terminal window - go to the folder where you unzipped your sh3d file with the cd command - type the zip command: zip /path/to/file.sh3d Home *By the way, sh3d files are compressed only when you choose File > Save and compress menu item. Otherwise it's an uncompressed archive. ---------------------------------------- Emmanuel Puybaret, Sweet Home 3D creator |
