Thank you for your reply. I tried to download directly and the file could not be found. I then tried to download any file and this worked. I can see the file with my ftp program is there on the web host site. So I changed the extension from Full.sh3d to Full.doc and also changed:

var parameters = {java_arguments:"-Xmx512m",
navigationPanel:"true",
homeURL:"http://80.247.0.159/3d/Full.doc"};

and then tried again. This time after 15 minutes (slow internet here in Russia) it worked.
I then tried again with Full.sh3d and Full.test and it did not work. I went back to Full.doc and it worked.

So i am now very happy it works with the .doc extension but wondering why my system does not like 4 letter extensions.
