Re: Mini Cottage

Put a cylinder (same height as the wooden wall) exactly on top the center of the stairs and on top of this cylinder you put some flowers... just an idea...

Re: Mini Cottage

Perfect! The lantern fits even better in your project. Only one thing: connect the wooden wall to the cylinder.

Re: Mini Cottage

Hi guys,
this time the cottage is a wooden one; small and with a high roof.

These are two external renderings:

Front

Back

The interior is not ready yet, I realized only the exteriors but sooner I will post also the interiors of the wooden cottage.

What you think about it?

Re: Mini Cottage

Hi bdfd,

thank you. Here are the plans of the various levels:

Basement (almost nothing to see XD)

First floor (kitchen, bathroom furnitures still missing, it is hard to choose them :D)

Second floor (3 childrooms and a master bedroom, with a bathroom which is still unfurnished)

The childrooms are two preteen rooms (one for a girl and one for a boy, and a toddler room).

Once I have furnished it, I will render some interior images.

Bye

Hi,

Nice work for the two first levels. wink

For the second level, do not forget the slope of the roof.

You can not put anything against the side walls.
At least you start with an offset when you have a height of 1 m.
As a result, your pieces are narrower... sad

see the simple example below :

Do you see that I say ?

Re: Mini Cottage

Thank you, you are right.
The walls at where the roof starts were only 60 cm high, now there is a 160 cm wall, so there is no problem to put objects near that wall, because the roof goes higher.

Re: Mini Cottage

Here is a front view of the cottage once I changed the high of the wall where the roof starts:

And here is the back:

Once entering the cottage, on the right we can find a small studio (office) with a small aquarium:

Continuing, on the right there is a small toilet, with a shower cabin:

Top view

Normal view (from the door, once entering it)

In front of the toilet, there is the stair going up to the second floor:

Then, we can find an open area with the living room on the left and the kitchen corner on the right:

Living room (view from the kitchen area)

Living room (view once coming from the entrance and the corridor)

Kitchen (view from the living room area)

Kitchen (view from the door going outside, in the back area of the cottage)

This is more or less the first floor, it is not perfect, and I would like to decorate it more, especially the stairs area and the corridor, with the entrance and the laundry area (not yet furnished).

The second floor is already furnished basically, but I need to decorate it (for example as I tried to make the kitchen more realistic, I hope I was able to do that, I would like to decorate in a similar way the bedrooms); I do not know how to do it now, but I would like to create roof windows, but I think it is more or less impossible, or difficult; considering that I should study for the exams now, I will try to do them later on, then posting some results if I'll do something nice :).

As usual, I would be very happy for suggestions coming from you! :)
