Human models with your own face

Some users like using model humans in their design, such as the ReallusionModels. For those who make their own models, there is an interesting little project that might be of help:
3D Face Reconstruction from a Single Image
Large Pose 3D Face Reconstruction from a Sing...Volumetric CNN Regression
From a quick test, the result looks pretty good. And it should be possible to edit the .obj and mount on a body with free human models and some editing (blender probably the better choice for this kind of task).

ok

Re: Human models with your own face

Interesting and fun! I try quickly : it works quite well, but I didn't find the way to have a correct .obj file for the moment...

..correct .obj file...
Not having spent too much time either, I noticed that the .obj did not import directly in SH3D but opened both in Blender and 3D Builder and from there export to .dae / .obj / .3ds that did import to SH3D. Lost the texture/materials in the quick try. Guess some Blender editing can fix that. ok
