Hello
Is there someway that a completed 3D (scrollable/viewable) image could be sent to a recipient with an embedded link/download that enabled them to to open/view without having to download the software separately? By so doing, impressive 3D files could be sent to recipients and they could view scroll in 3D in real time?

Yes, there is the web viewer . But it does require you have sufficient access to a web-site to install.
For instance a quick mock-up. IFRAME implementation at the bottom of the page. The 2D plan is exported from the plan view in SVG (and slightly edited). Full-screen there as well on this link. NOTE that in the text there are also instructions in Scandinavian - most important SPACE changes between Aerial and Virtual, Right-click lets you choose level.
