This error means that the JNLP file you deployed isn't the same one as the one included in SweetHome3DJavaWebStart.jar file (see target javaWebStart in build.xml )

It's normal that it works with Java 6, since the verification with JNLP-INF/APPLICATION.JNLP file was introduced with Java 7.
