Making there storey house and balcony

Dear sir
I am a newbie here and facing problem to make a three storey house and its balcony , special type roof etc .
I need a complete evelution of the house with sloping roof ; curvey balcony etc .
Please advice me how to do these with this lovely software .

Build your 1st level then just add another level via right click and then in dropdown menu select add new level. Your 1st level will also appear but bit greyed out so u can draw ur 2nd level onto ur plan correctly or if ur 2nd level is an exact copy of 1st level then just copy and paste 1st level onto the second level and repeat if u building a appartment complex that's what I'm doing and then I just delete the stuff I won't be using. Also if u use more than 1 level just make sure not to add a lot of models or furniture to your project as what happened to me in my 2story house my palns do not want to render in the best quality as I'm running out of memory to run the rendering so now I'm doing 3 projects to render an outside look a 1st level look and a 2nd level look. Hope this kind of helps you.
