Need a downlight (spotlight) with a bulb

Hello,
I've searched a lot for a downlight that fits in the ceiling like the one in this pic

although I've found some but they all do not have any bulbs or lamps just the body with no light.
is there a way I can get my self one that looks like the one in the image but actually gives a light :)
Thanks

Re: Need a downlight (spotlight) with a bulb

How about adding a lightsource separately on the surface of the model you like? If you pay attention to the light power, size and placement/elevation, you should be able to get the desired effect. Then you can group the combination and copy.

ok

PS Imported models will not have a light source included (unless I have missed something in the supported import formats). It is possible to add lightsource properties to any model, but much easier to follow the method outlined above.

Here btw is an example - my own (similar) model to the left, cylinder+lightsource to the right:

And here you will find the sh3d file.

To get the effect you like, you probably need to play with size and power.

ok
