'Plan view’ zoom action

Please can you change the ‘Plan view’ zoom action, so that the selected piece of furniture or highlighted item remains centered in the 'Plan view' screen while zooming in and out.

Plus; I second davidrh’s (on the trackers section) idea for “Allow a set of pre-defined viewpoints to be saved for photo rendering in a batch” and was going to ask for something similar.

Could this possibly be done through a slight modification of the code in the new 'Create video' section to produce stills as well? (although would be better with the new advanced photo rendering)

If not then how about...

Once the virtual visitor is positioned (with a view that a user likes) the user can hit a button (or keyboard shortcut) to save a ‘Favorite viewpoint’ and have a list of those viewpoints. This would be an excellent addition to an already fantastic program.

Thank you,

PS: I really like way the new 'Create video' window renders the plan view, the pastel colours look very CAD like plus unlike the current plan view (unless furniture has been reorganised) all hidden objects and walls are visible.

Re: 'Plan view’ zoom action

to do the POV load/save, some changes are needed. Add a List<Camera> to Home, change the way set*camera is handled, clone the cameras, and some UI to interact with the user. Not much work.
