Modifying 3D Images

Hi,

I have downloaded some access turnstiles for a building floor layout from 3D Warehouse. The image in SH3D has 4 turnstiles, is it possible to edit this and make it only 3 turnstiles?

The file was downloaded as a DAE file.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Modifying 3D Images

I've edited imported DAE files in Blender and exported them as a new DAE, which can then be imported into SW3D.

Hi,

I have tried that but when I exported it from Blender it had changed some of the colours. Any ideas on how to stop this?

Re: Modifying 3D Images

Colors exported from Blender to OBJ format rarely match what I want. Generally, I edit by hand the lines Kd Ka Ks in the accompanying MTL file to get the desired colors and I pay attention to keep the original MTL file when I reexport the 3D model from Blender.
If you find a better solution, please share it.
